Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us or start a trial
- Your name, business name, email address and mobile number.
- Your trade and service area, so we can set the product up.
- Anything you type into a form or tell us in a message.
When you use the product
- Your customers' contact details, the calls they make to you, and the messages sent between you and them through our platform. This is your data. We hold it so the product works, and we process it on your instructions.
- Records of consent: who agreed to be texted, and when.
- Account activity such as sign-ins, settings changes and billing events.
When you visit this website
- Standard server request data: IP address, browser, referring page, pages viewed.
- Page-view counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking, and is the one script this site loads from another server.
- Nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no fonts or images from anyone else's servers.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the service you signed up for.
- To answer you when you ask us something.
- To bill you.
- To keep the platform secure and to investigate abuse.
- To meet legal and carrier obligations, including messaging compliance records.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the product run: our messaging and telephony providers, our payment processor, our hosting provider, and our email provider. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job, and none of them may use it for their own purposes.
Mobile information gathered as part of the SMS consent process is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and it is never shared with affiliates or advertisers for their own marketing purposes.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data, and we do not sell your customers' data.
- We do not use your customer lists to market to anyone.
- We do not use one customer's data to serve another customer.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. Message and consent records are kept for the period carrier rules require, which today is a minimum of four years for consent evidence. You can ask us to delete the rest.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@keyprotech.io and we will answer within 30 days.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. See the SMS terms.
- Click unsubscribe in any marketing email to stop marketing email.
- Close your account at any time and we will stop processing.
Children
This is a product for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers, and access is limited to the people who need it to support you. No system is perfect. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, email account holders before it takes effect.
